When do orders ship?

We normally ship all orders the following business day. Average shipping time is within 2 to 5 business days for $4.95.

How will I know that you received my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email order confirmation.

If you don't receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder or log into your account here to check your order status.

How can I add additional items to my order?

Providing your order has not reached the fulfilment center, in preparation for shipping, you may add further items in the following way:

  • Log into your account here, alternatively please go to our homepage and log in by clicking on the "My Account" link: this is located at the top right hand side of the web page.
  • Once logged in, you will be presented with the option to "edit" your order.
  • The edit process works by cancelling your original order but will automatically populate your shopping cart with your original order.
  • From here you may add or subtract items at will.

The process is complete. We look forward to providing you with your items.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is received and processed, you may view its status by logging into your account here.

You will receive an email notification the minute your order ships.

Track your shipment by using your order number and contacting us here.

I used the wrong billing address when I placed my order. What should I do?

If you accidentally used the wrong billing address when placing your order, but have received an order confirmation, no further action is necessary.

Typically, this becomes a concern if the payment is declined.

In the interest of customer security, we are unable to alter your billing address once the order has been processed.

Alternatively, you may log-in to your account here and update your billing address. In this way, the details will be correct for future purchases.

How can I track my shipment?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification.
  • You will be assigned an order number.
  • You may track your order, from the order number and your email address.

I included the wrong shipping address with my order. How do I fix it?

If you are yet to receive shipping notification please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account here.
  • Alternatively please navigate to our homepage. You will see "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of the web-page.
  • Once your account opens you will be able to edit your shipping address.
  • If you are unable to make this edit, please contact the our Customer Support team.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have not yet received a dispatch notification from our shipping department please follow these steps:

  • Alternatively, navigate your way to our homepage.
  • At the top right hand side of the web-page you will see a "My Account" link.
  • Once you have access into your account you may cancel your order.
  • If your order has already shipped, please contact us for advice.
